Joe came out to look at some fascia damage from the storm. He was nice and willing to talk through the process- have not had work done yet.

Ivan and Kaylee at D1 are so great! Kaylee and her co-worker came out to check out my roof and attic after I had water leaking into my closet ceiling. After not being able to see any sign of the leak being because of my roof, I called a plumber. The plumber also could not figure out where the leak was coming from so Ivan came out to my house again. He was so easy to communicate with and went above and beyond. After inspecting my roof again, both outside and in the attic, and determining there wasn’t an issue with my roof, Ivan helped me crawl around my entire attic and check under all of the loose insulation for the source of the leak. It ended up being a plumbing issue (dryer vent). I highly recommend D1! They will save you time and money and they provide excellent customer service!
I am working with Mr. Rashad Richardson from Division 1 Roofing. He is courteous, personable, professional and an effective communicator. He spent a long time (45+ minutes) up on my roof inspecting it and presented me with numerous photographs and a thorough explanation of what he’d found. When tropical storm Debbie dumped over 5 inches of rain on our house in a few hours time we discovered a leak in our master ceiling. I expected a minor problem that some caulk or tar could fix as my home is only 5 years old. I called Kirk Walker who had replaced the roof on my wife’s rental house last year. Kirk, now with Division 1 Roofing, inspected the roof and found evidence of hail damage. I filed a claim with my homeowners insurance company. The insurance company agreed with Kirk’s assessment and paid to have my roof replaced with the same grade shingles as the builder used. Kirk and Division 1 Roofing worked with me and made an upgrade to premium architectural shingles affordable above and beyond my insurance settlement. The Division 1 Roofing team did an excellent job in the replacement of my roof in one day. They were very careful to protect my shrubbery and patio furnishings during the tear-off and install. They cleaned up ALL of the debris, nails, etc. and all they left behind was a beautiful roof. I highly recommend Division 1 Roofing and Kirk Walker for your roofing needs.

Jacob barber came to inspect the roof. My roof is only 3 years old he took lots of photos and gave me peace of mind knowing my roof stood up through the storm. He did not try to sell me a roof but showed me mine was in good shape!

Mason Sherrock and his team helped me a lot. Unfortunately insurance company didn’t cover the damages. Mason was able to provide me lot of information that helped me decide. Finally his team was able to replace the roof of my house. They did really good. I would recommend Division 1 for roofing needs.

Before they came out to do our roof, they were detailed about what would happen from start to finish. Mason and his crew did an awesome job! They were done before I got home from work and had everything cleaned up. We had Halloween decorations up, which could’ve been a challenge but they made sure everything was preserved. Thank you Divisions One for a job well done. From start to finish of our roof replacement, the replacement was the easiest business transaction we have ever encountered. A special thanks to Jared, project manager, for all the assistance he provided. Jared coordinated everything for us with the businesses involved in our roof replacement. All we had to do was to pick out the shingles we liked and just sit back and relax. The crew came on time to replace the roof. The crew leader briefed us on the replacement and the offered us the opportunity to ask questions. The briefing was excellent so we had no questions. The crew did a great job and finished the roof in good time; appropriately 4 hrs. They did an excellent job of cleaning up around our home. We love the job they did and some of our neighbors commented how nice our new roof looked. Again thanks for a job well done.

They help fight for insurance coverage from mother nature. Very fast but make sure you have your own magnet on wheels to pickup nails. We found waaaaaay to many for them having also picked up nails. Any trash cans make sure you have your liner in as the workers lunch ends up in the trash can. Very happy with shingles and gutters/down spouts.
Great experience. I talked with James K. about an inspection and really had no idea how the whole process would go. James explained how the whole process would work with D1 handling everything from start to finish. I like to know what is happening and James and his team were always responsive to my questions.Once the job was scheduled the roofing crew got to work at 7 AM and finished by 4:30 PM….cleanup and all. The crew was friendly, hard-working and professional. For me, this was almost uncomfortable how easy the whole process was and I want to thank James K. and D1 Roofing for a job WELL DONE! The roof and all the trim look great.You won’t be disappointed working with Division 1 Roofing.

I had the best experience having a new roof put on my house. From the quoting stage till the roof was completed everything went as promised by Division 1. We had quite a few roofing companies come out and take a look at our roof after a tornado hit our area. Nick and his team were willing with work with us, advocate, and educate us to make the right the decisions for our roof replacement and gutters. Nick took the time to walk through every step with us and really went above and beyond. He also was able to get the projects done before a very cold and snowy winter. Really great team to work with. I honestly can’t recommend this company enough!
I must say I had one of the best experiences with Divison 1 Roofing. We worked with Nick and he was very professional, upfront and the most reliable person I have worked with after doing many projects at our house. They were able to get us on the schedule right before the bad weather broke and his team did an amazing job. There were no delays at all and Nick did a stand up job with not only his communication, but his follow thru was excellent as well.
